About Miguel Valls
Since 1995 Miguel Valls has been directly involved with the financial markets industry focusing on the analysis, evaluation and management of private companies.
He has been working in the Derivatives Industry ( Siaga A.V.B), Money Management (Barclays Private Banking, BNP-Paribas Private Banking) and Start-up companies ( Vlex.com, Melodis, E-pilot).
He is VP of International Operations & Corporate Development at Vlex Networks since 2009. He has been CFO from 2000 to 2008.
He is Founder and Managing partner of MED-SV Cleantech Fund ( www.med-sv.com )
He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Technology Commission of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, Spain.
He is on the Board of Barcelona Sharing Projects and the Advisory Board of Melodis,E-Pilot and Teksia.He is a member of CEFIE, IESE Business School Angels Network, CEEI, ESADE Business School Angels Network, UC Berkeley Cleantech Institute and collaborates with Keiretsu Spanish Chapter.
He is a European Financial Advisor (EFPA), European Financial Analyst (EFA), Derivatives Broker-Dealer (MEFF), Technical and Chartist Analyst (IEF), has a Law degree from UB and an Executive from Haas School of Business, Berkeley.
